A Rosso Piceno that expresses all the energy of the winning combination of two grape varieties: it is nice to feel the impetus of Montepulciano linked to the finesse of Sangiovese. A never banal wine, with which you may get excited with every sip.

Vinification: Long maceration at controlled temperature
Ageing: 12 months in barrique, 12 months in bottle
Color: Deep ruby red
Bouquet: Full, elegant, tones of sweet spices as vanilla and berries
Taste: Well-balanced, full-bodied with a pleasant aftertaste and hints of liquorice
Food combination: Ravioli with ragù, beef fillet with stuffed mushrooms, courgette omelette
Alcohol: 14%
Serving temperature: 16° - 18°
Montepulciano is the strenght that gives structure to this Rosso Piceno. The plant dates back to 2003, with 3,000 Guyot trained vines per hectare. The Sangiovese that completes the blend comes from a 2001 vineyard trained with spurred cordon.
The yield per hectare is 60 quintals.
